30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Products must be in original condition with all components included.

Return Process

1. Contact us at returns@cleanairkitseurope.site with your order number
2. We'll provide a return shipping label (free for defective items)
3. Pack the item securely in original packaging
4. Ship the package using our prepaid label
5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after receipt

Eligible Returns

• Defective or damaged products (free return shipping)
• Products that don't match description
• Changed your mind (return shipping at customer's cost)
• Unopened items in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

• Products with missing components or hardware
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly
• Products returned after 30-day window
• Opened filter packs (hygiene reasons)

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once processed.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective products. Contact our support team at support@cleanairkitseurope.site to arrange an exchange.

International Returns

For returns from EU countries, we provide prepaid return labels. Return shipping from non-EU countries may incur additional costs.
